Instructions
- Place potatoes and carrots in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Season beef roast with salt, pepper, and thyme; place on top of vegetables.
- Mix beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, onion, and garlic; pour over roast.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4‑5 hours until tender.
