  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 large onion
  • diced
  • 3 carrots
  • sliced
  • 3 celery stalks
  • sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • minced
  • 2 potatoes
  • cubed
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grape juice
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 bay leaf
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the chicken pieces until lightly golden, then transfer them to the slow cooker.,
  2. In the same skillet, sauté the onion, carrots, and celery until softened, add the garlic and cook for another minute, then add the mixture to the slow cooker.,
